The Loyalty Rewards Program is PJC’s way of saying thank you for choosing us! It is an account that keeps track of your purchases and glass bottle returns and turns them into points to be redeemed in store or online.
Below is a breakdown of the Loyalty Rewards Program by frequently asked questions.
How do I earn points?
When you initially sign up for the Loyalty Rewards Program, you’ll earn 25 points to get you started. Additional points can be earned both through purchases, as well as returning the glass bottles our juices are sold in. For a full breakdown of how to earn PJC Points, see the chart below. Once you have accumulated 100 points, you can redeem a $10 credit to be used towards anything in the store! Points can be earned in store or with online purchases. As a reminder, all glass bottles must be clean, dry, and cap-less in order to be returned for points.

How do I sign up for the rewards program?
You can sign up for the rewards program in one of two ways: in store or online. To sign up in store, you will need to provide an email address, first and last name, and a phone number. To sign up online, you will want to click on the Rewards icon found in the lower left hand corner on the PJC website and then follow the prompts to create an account. If you place an order via our online store, a rewards account will automatically be created with the email address you use.
How do I check my points?
To check your points, you can ask a Juicologist in-store or you can utilize the Rewards icon online. To check online, you will need to sign into your account using the email address you used to create your account. If it is your first time signing in, you will need to create an account (even if you have already signed up for one in store!). Make sure to use the same email address that you used in store in addition to creating a password. An email will be sent asking you to activate the account. Once you have activated the account and signed in, you will be able to see your point total in the lower left hand corner of the screen as well as a list of receipts for any past transaction.
Do I have to use my points right away or can I save them to be used at a later time?
Points are valid for up to one year, so they can be saved or used individually as earned. Points are rewarded in 100 point increments, where each 100 points earned is another $10 off your purchase. We recommend that you only redeem your points when you are ready to use them.
How do I redeem my points, do they only work in the store?
You can redeem your points when you stop by PJC in Lower Lawrenceville to make a purchase. One of juicologists will pull your account up and see how many redeemable points you have and apply any discounts to your order.
Redeeming your points for an online order is also available for your convenience. Here are the steps to guide your through:
1. Go to the PJC website and sign into your rewards account (the three star icon on the lower left hand corner of your screen). A smaller screen will pop up with your point count and three options: "Earn PJC Points", "Redeem PJC Codes", and "Rewards Earned".
2. Click onto the "Redeem PJC Codes". Your rewards will show as $10 off (more coupons will appear depending on how many points you have). Click "Get Reward," confirm your choice, and click "Okay" on the "Success" screen. Click onto "Discount Codes" to find your new code, then click "Apply."
3. You can begin to fill up your cart and shop as you usually do. When finished, choose between "Store Pickup," "Local Delivery," or "Shipping," and check out. The next screen will show the discount applied to your total.

Are there any other ways to earn points besides purchasing or returning bottles?
Yes! Every year, on your birthday, you can earn 25 points! To get these points, you need to input your birthday online. To do this, sign in to your account, click on the rewards button in the lower left hand corner, and enter your birth date (month and day) where it says “Have a Birthday”. These points will be automatically added to your account on this date every year!
