Let's not forget that amidst the political and social turmoil, hazards and heartbreaks of 2016, a few good things DID happen. Although I spent a great deal of the past year with my head in a hole, focused on what seemed like impossible tasks, it was always with a sense of gratitude for the life I lead and the opportunities that lay before me. In these final days of 2016, I'll be putting a name on a few of the things I'm most grateful for.
All of these things have at least a little bit to do with the small space I created 3 years ago to house a handful of cold-pressed juice flavors.... a space which has gradually grown into the ever-evolving creature of The Pittsburgh Juice Company. Even though PJC is far from perfect, every time I walk into this little shop in the midst of its growing pains, I experience extreme joy. It's health and wellness and wholesome food and people who believe in taking care of their bodies and thriving in this world... It's about creating energy and using it to nurture, provide and love. Bottom line: leading this life, so intertwined with nutrition, substance and genuine overall wellness is constantly ✨INSPIRING✨and I'm thankful every day.
